Returns & Exchanges
At Converse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Converse account, navigate to 'Order History,' and select the items you wish to return to generate a return request number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging along with the delivery note, ensuring the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
